Customers can exchange a Cummins engine or an engine
component that is due for overhaul , in return for a reconditioned engine or component.
We take up maintenance
contracts for Cummins engines. Our Engineers monitor the health of the engines and maximum
engine availability.
We also undertake Single Point Service Contracts for Diesel Generating
sets. We monitor the performance of the entire Diesel Generating set comprising of Engine,
Alternator and Control Panel through regular visits. By doing this we ensure maximum power
availability to customers through preventive maintenance.
We rent out gensets powered by Cummins Engines
ranging 82.5 KVA - 1250 KVA at economical rates. We also take up operation and maintenance
contracts for Cummins Diesel Gensets.
We install and commission Accoustic Enclosures for
diesel gensets ranging 82.5 KVA - 1250 KVA. The enclosures provide cost effective
solutions for noise reduction. These enclosures are field proven and provide an insertion
loss (IL) of 35 dB(A) or noise level of around 70 dB(A) @ 3m.
Cummins recommends use of SAE 15 W40 grade
lubricating oil with API, CF4 classification of all Cummins Diesel Engines. We have entire
range Cummins Valvoline Engine oil and Lubricating oil are available with us.
Valvoline Power Supreme SAE 15w40 Engine Oil is formulated to provide outstanding
performance in medium and heavy duty diesel engines operating in a wide range of service
conditions for G-drive, off-highway, construction and mining, marine, locomotive, city
fleet and long-haul highway applications. It is blended with premium quality paraffinic
base oils and proven additive technology to ensure :
High temperature deposit control and protection against valve train wear.
Excellent dispersal of fuel soot for improved oil thickening control.
Modern multigarde formulation improves cranking in low temperature
conditions, increases engine durability by maintaining viscosity even during high
operating temperatures, saves fuel and reduces engine oil consumption.
Improves protection of engine components from corrosion caused by high
sulphur diesel fuel.
Excellent viscosity characteristics to resist pressure drop in service.
De-Mineralisation
Plants : (DM)
The water used in the engine cooling system should be of a good quality. It
should be free from suspended matters / mud and dissolved solids.
Failure to use specified quality of water can result cooling system problems like cylinder
liner scaling / corrosion pitting, Radiator / heat exchangers chocking /
puncture, water pump corrosion / seal leakage, piston scuffing etc.
These problems lead to engine breakdowns, deterioration in performance and reduced
durability.
Cummins has therefore introduced DM Plants for raw water treatment.
